Turnaround Times

The turnaround time begins on the business day after your order is received and print ready artwork is uploaded. If we are providing a printed proof with your order, the turnaround begins after the proof is approved in writing.

The cutoff time for orders with a 1 business day turnaround is 3pm EST. The cutoff time for all other orders is 5pm EST. All orders placed after their cutoff times will be treated as if they were placed the following business day. 

Products with a 1 business day turnaround are ready the next business day after your order is received and approved artwork is uploaded. For example, if you place an order and upload approved artwork* by 3pm on a Monday, and your product has a 1 business day turnaround, your order will be ready on Tuesday. If you place an order and upload approved artwork* by 5pm on a Monday, and your product has a 4 business day turnaround, your order will be ready on Friday. If you place an order and upload approved artwork* by 5pm on a Monday, and your product has a 6 business day turnaround, your order will be ready on Tuesday of the following week.

Orders and artwork must be received by 5pm, or by 3pm for orders with a 1 day turnaround. If they are received later than the specified time, we will treat them as though they were placed the next business day. If you need a different turnaround time than what’s available, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If your order is being shipped, turnaround time does not include the time it takes for shipping.
