Fireball Printing is open. Our production facility is operational, but turnaround times may be delayed up to 5 business days. We are offering shipping as well as pickup at our headquarters in Philadelphia. For Philadelphia clients within applicable zip codes, we offer $8 shipping for orders up to $100 and free shipping for orders over $100. For more information on shipping, visit our Shipping Info page. If you select to pickup you will receive an email when your order is ready. Our outdoor pickup window is on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 11am – 3pm and Fridays from 11am-5:30pm. When coming to pickup, you should call the number listed on the door when you’re outside and the order will be brought out to you. Please have your order number ready.

 

Thank you for your understanding. It’s important to us to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and protect our community. Below are steps that we are taking to minimize spread of the virus and risk to our staff:

 

-We are following a strict cleaning and sanitizing protocol.

 

-All employees have access to the appropriate PPE.

 

-There is no public access to our building.

 

-All orders will be processed and paid for online and shipped or picked up outside.

 

-We are slowing down our normal production capacity and staggering shifts so there are fewer employees on the production floor at a time.

 

We know that these changes may be an inconvenience and apologize for any delays.
