We’ve recently updated our website to make ordering prints easier, clearer, and more flexible. The look and feel should be familiar, but behind the scenes we’ve made improvements to how products, pricing, files, and orders work together.
Below is a quick overview of what’s new, along with a few things returning customers should know.
Highlights
Easier Self-Service Ordering
We’ve expanded the number of options you can configure directly on the site, so more projects can be priced and ordered without back-and-forth.
What this means for you:
- Custom quantities are now available for many printed products (within set minimums and maximums)
- Custom dimensions are available for select products, including postcards, posters, flyers, sell sheets, and bookmarks
Improved Product Organization
We’ve reorganized products to make it easier to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Some examples:
- Products are grouped into clearer categories
- Posters, brochures, flyers, and sell sheets are now listed separately
- Larger-scale print products are organized into clearer groupings, including signage
Improved File Uploads
You can now upload files before or after checkout, depending on what works best for your workflow.
When you upload a file:
- You’ll see a preview as part of the upload process
- Files can be uploaded from the product page, the cart, or after checkout
- If you choose to upload after checkout, you can add files from the Orders section of your account page
Reordering Made Easier
If you’re logged into your account, you can now reorder past jobs directly from your account page, making repeat projects quicker and easier.
Requesting a Custom Quote
When you request a custom quote through the site, the form adjusts as you make selections so you’re only asked for information that’s relevant to your project.
Submitting the form sends your request to our team, who will review the details and prepare a quote based on your specifications.
Viewing and Approving Quotes Online
Once your quote is ready, it will appear in your account on the site with full pricing and project details.
From there, you can:
- Review the quote at your convenience
- Place an order directly from the approved quote
- Keep everything—quote details, pricing, and orders—in one place
This replaces email-based quote approvals and helps keep projects moving smoothly.
If You’ve Ordered With Us Before
If you’re a returning customer, there are a couple of important things to note:
- Login information from the old site does not carry over
- Some customers will receive an email invitation to set a new password
- If you need to create a new login, you can do so right here.
- Past orders won’t appear in your new account, but we’re always happy to help if you need details from a previous job
